How Teeya Analytics protects both our customers and the visitors of websites using tracker.js.
Unlike legacy advertising-driven analytics suites, Teeya Analytics does not set persistent cross-site tracking cookies, never builds behavioral ad profiles, and never sells or shares telemetry data with third-party data brokers.
When a visitor loads a website instrumented with tracker.js, our ingestion endpoint (/api/v1/collect/) resolves the visitor's country, ISO country code, region, and city in memory and computes a non-reversible cryptographic visitor hash. No personally identifiable information (PII) is required to measure unique visitors or session journeys.
All programmatic API keys generated by Teeya Analytics accounts are hashed with SHA-256 prior to database storage. Raw secret keys are displayed only once upon creation and can be revoked immediately from your dashboard.
You retain 100% ownership of all website traffic, custom events, and conversion metrics collected under your account. Deleting a website from your Teeya Analytics workspace permanently purges all associated sessions and events.
